利用冷冻电子显微学研究生物大分子复合体的结构与分子机理。主要研究方向如下:

1. 更高效、更高分辨率的冷冻电镜方法学开发;

2. 核酸质量控制的分子机制和调控;

3. 细胞骨架和生物膜系统的协调机制。
