● 研究兴趣、领域：
主要运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等多学科手段，通过类器官技术和动物模型等研究成体干细胞自我更新和分化的机制，并探索相关疾病发生发展的机理。同时研究TGF-β和Wnt信号调控细胞命运的分子机制和生理病理功能。
